Classes can be held at our Newburyport location or in your office, home or other on-site location. Summer classes may be held at the Jacob Sears Memorial Library in East Dennis on a limited basis. Text or email to find out what would work best for your group.

Dress comfortably and know that you will have to get up and down from the floor and bend/lean over to provide CPR.

You can still learn CPR! There are many different jobs that you can do - call 911, retreive equipment, escort EMS to the patient. You will leave class with a better sense of what to do in an emergency and a proof of course participation instead of a 2 year AHA certification.

If your job requires you to have a 2 year certification than be sure to select a course which will satisfy that requirement. This would be true if you wanted to add your CPR training to your resume. If you want a shorter, more casual class for information and practice only than proof of course participation should work for you. If you still have questions, or know you need a 2 yr cert and still don't know which course to take, email or text.

You must perform a pratical skills test on a manikin at the end of the course in order to receive a CPR certification card. BLS courses require passing a written exam with an 80 or above.

Printed cards are no longer offered by AHA. All cards will be e-cards, delivered to your email or texted to your cell number. You may than save, print or both. If using text, you may receive your card immediately by texting "eCard" to 51736. If using email, it may take up to 7 business days. Note: each individual must provide their own cell number or email address when registering to receive an e-card. I cannot send more than 1 e-card to a phone number or email.

Pay Chain of Survival (or COS) CPR Training with cash, check or venmo. We are currently unable to take credit cards.

You will receive your official American Heart Association e-card issued through Chain of Survival CPR Training.
